As the Jonesboro Eagles are in the midst of basketball season, many athletes were selected to All-District teams.
Being selected to an All-District team shows an athlete’s capability to work hard on the field and in the classroom.
The five student athletes that were honored with the award include:
Freshman Kayden Craft, Newcomer of the Year.
Junior Maddox Stroud, 1st team All-District.
Senior Garrett Young, 2nd team All-District.
Junior Layden Nichols, Honorable Mention All-District.
Senior Kyson Smith, Honorable Mention All-District.
