The Exchange Club of Gatesville has selected several winners for the Golden Deeds Banquet to be held Monday, April 24 in the First Methodist Church Family Life Center, starting at 6:30 p.m.
Winners to date are Timothy Muegge for the Care Award, Rebel Brown for the Senior Citizen of the Year award, Sgt. Blake Riley for the Peace Officer of the Year award, and Jean Grimsley for the Educator of the Year award. The Proudly We Hail award will go to Hidden Valley RV Getaway.
Winners yet to be named are Firefighter of the Year, Health Professional of the Year, Book of Golden Deeds, and the Gatesville Exchangite of the Year. The various students of the month will also be honored.
Tickets to attend the Golden Deeds Banquet are available at the Gatesville Messenger or the Gatesville Chamber of Commerce office for $10 until April 20. There will be an “Italian Feast” and an opportunity to celebrate the very best in Gatesville. More information here.
