Charlie’s Wags and Whiskers presents dog costume contest Oct. 28

Local adoption and rescue center Charlie’s Wags and Whiskers will host a dog costume contest on Saturday, Oct. 28.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will cost $10 for each dog. All the proceeds will benefit Charlie’s Wags and Whiskers.

The contest will begin at approximately 10 a.m., and each dog entered will receive a goody bag.

There will be a first, second, and third place prize for each winner.

Charlie’s Wags and Whiskers is located at 1111 W. Main St. in Gatesville.
