Miss Jacklyn Pearl Pullen, of Rock Wall, great-niece of Barbara Hopson, competed in a rodeo in Commerce, Texas on Friday night. Jacklyn is a breakaway roper and caught her first calf in the rodeo Friday evening. Jacklyn is the daughter of Kyle and Holly Pullen.

The Hay Valley 4H Club had their program planning meeting for the 2023-24 school year at the home of David and Pam Hopson.

Robert and Carolyn Blakley attended the Coryell County Youth Fair fundraiser Saturday evening in Gatesville.

On Sunday, Robert and Carolyn Blakley moved their daughter, Emma Blakley, back to College Station to start her senior year.
