Mary Ella Daniels, age 61, of Palestine, formerly of Purmela, passed away December 10, 2022, peacefully at her home.
Funeral services will be held January 7, 2023, at Pearl Country Church near Gatesville with Rev. David Booth officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.
Mary was born on August 14, 1961, to Alfred Wayne and Daisy Mae (Jones) Hamilton. She grew up and went to school in Oglesby. She graduated from high school in 1979. She went on to get a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Kaplan University at the age of 57 and was very proud of this accomplishment. She married Roy (Red) Cleveland Daniels II on January 13, 1997. She loved her children and grandchildren very much and considered her mom her best friend. She loved gardening, fishing, and canning.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Louis Hamilton and Emma Harvel and Odel and Violet Jones, and a brother Michael Clarke.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Red Daniels; daughters, Susan Blaser, Kristy Stockman and Alison Bryant; sons, Justin Estredge and wife, Stephanie, and Eric Klecka and wife, Barbie; grandchildren, Austin, Aryannah, Isabelle, Alex, Gracie, Jacob, Aaron, Travis, Zachary, Ethan, Nathan, Hank, Gavin and Gracie; sisters, Deborah Hamilton and spouse, Larry Locke, Brenda Watson and husband, Joe, Kimberly West and husband, Curtis; brothers, David Hamilton and wife, Karen, Jimmy Hamilton and wife, Liz; and many nieces and nephews.
