Mr. Sam Houston, I want to tell you and your staff that I think your now once a week newspaper is great! The thick paper is full of so many news articles that are interesting and educational – like bee keeping – and teach and student awareness. The new businesses that are here now are so helpful, also. Some of us don’t get out and around as much as we used to – so now we know about these new places and citizens that are making Gatesville a better place to live.
I do enjoy the sports coverage. Also, of course, tennis is my favorite as you all know. The coverage of all sports is so important because all athletes work and train very hard and spend many hours training in their own time. All youngsters love to see their names, pictures, accomplishments and winning rewarded.
