All Gatesville advance athletic tickets and passes must be purchased in person from athletic secretary Velvet Jaynes at the GHS Henry Marris Field House from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, starting Aug. 7. There will be no ticket/pass sales on Fridays during football season.
Children under the age of 5 will be admitted free to all GISD home athletic events. Gatesville ISD will not be doing online ticket sales for any home events this year.
VARSITY FOOTBALL TICKETS
The special option period for current season ticket holders only will be from Aug. 7 to 10 during the above-listed hours of operation. The cost is $60 per ticket for the six home football games during the 2023 season.
All remaining season tickets will go on sale to the general public from Aug. 21 to 24. After that date, any remaining reserved-seat tickets ($10 each) will be sold on a game-by-game basis.
Cost for single-game general admission tickets will be $6 and student tickets (ages 6 and above) will be $4.
ALL-SPORTS PASSES
These passes are valid for all GISD home athletic events except varsity football. Any hosted playoff/postseason events are not included as well.
Cost for the athletic season pass is $50 for adults, $30 for students and $125 for a Family Pass (valid for immediate family members only).
The physical pass must be presented for free admission - no exceptions.
ADMISSION PRICES TO OTHER SPORTS
Admission will be $3 for adults and $2 for students. This will include the following sports: baseball, basketball, football (sub-varsity and junior high), soccer, softball, volleyball, wrestling.
The price for admission to a hosted full-day tournament or meet will be higher.
HONORARY HORNET PASSES
GISD Athletics will again offer these free passes to all Hornet fans ages 60 and over. This pass allows cardholders free admission into any GISD sporting event, including varsity football games (general admission seating only). It is not valid for any hosted playoff or postseason event.
If you already have a white Honorary Hornet Pass with Dr. Pollard's signature on it, you will not need to get a new card for 2023-2024.
