Coryell County 4-H announces Educational Presentation results

Coryell County 4-H recently announced the results from the educational presentation that was held on Monday, April 10 at the Hay Valley Baptist Church.

An educational presentation is a way to increase public speaking skills. It provides 4-H members with the opportunity to get up in front of other 4-H members and adults and showcase their knowledge.

The results for the Clover Kid and Junior age divisions include Mackinlee Martin in the horse category who won the blue award, in the animal science category Mary Mitchell won first place, Thomas Brookshire won first place in an open category, Pete Wallace won second place in an open category, and Eve Fulton won first place in an open category.

For the Intermediate age division, in the animal science category Lillie Mann won first place and Makaylie Williams won second place, in the beef category Lilly Kinsey won first place, In the health and wellness category Anna Mcpherson won first place and Jozie Wolff won second place, in the horse category Allie Mcpherson won first place, Clancy Archie won first place in an open category, Chelsea Johnson won second place in an open category, Bailey Wolff won third place in an open category, and in the safety and injury prevention category Kace Laster won first place.

Senior age division results include Clayton Gregory in the agriculture tech and farm safety category who won first place, in the animal science category Zak Huckabee won first place, in the beef category Jeret Burks won first place and Lane Kinsey won second place, in the horse category Kinsley Mcpherson won first place, Chase Janke won first place in an open category, in the agriculture category Caleb Mannix won first place and Lane Brookshire won second place, in the safety and injury prevention category Cayleigh Coursey won first place and Kinlee Gardner won second place, and in the health and wellness category Zoee Gribble won first place, Hadleigh Ament won second place, and Matti Mann won third place.
