Gatesville Independent School District held its Christmas on Marshall Street on Dec. 2. Each campus was on hand, as well as local organizations, to offer lots of fun activities for children as well as food and shopping opportunities. Among the activities were photos with Santa, arts and crafts, Christmas cookie decorating, a Christmas petting zoo and the "Deck the Paws" dog costume parade. Fresh wreaths and poinsettas, baked goods, hornet gear, and much more was available for purchase.
