Hubbard defeats Jonesboro, 63-44

30-point mark

Gunnar Schultz turned in another solid game for the Oglesby Tigers in Wednesday’s 70-62 area playoff win over Zavalla. The Tigers are the only remaining area team in the playoffs. The district-rival Jonesboro boys fell, 63-44, to Hubbard in the bi-district round.

Hubbard rolled to a 63-44 win over the Jonesboro Eagles in the bi-district round of the Class 1A boys’ playoffs at Valley Mills High School.
