Gatesville High School golf teams ace recent invitational at Glen Rose

At a recent invitational held in Glen Rose on Tuesday, Feb. 27, the Gatesville High School girls and boys golf teams each had a varsity team post runner-up finish in the final team standings.

The results for the girls team include a varsity score of 458, as well as Junior Avery Streetman placing as the runner-up medalist with a round of 93.

The results for the boys team include a varsity score of 317. The Hornets had three golfers in the top five medalist race, which included Gage Ford, fourth place with 78; Kasen Bankhead and Max Healer both ended with 79 and tied for fifth place.
