Opportunity to attend BCMGA workshop Jan. 24

The Bell County Master Gardener Association and the Harker Heights Activities Center will present a Special Event Seminar regarding Drought Tolerant Native Plants on Wednesday, Jan. 24, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The seminar will be held at the Harker Heights Activities Center located at 400 Indian Trail in Harker Heights.

Certified Master Gardener Barbara Ishikawa will present an assortment of native plants that are drought-tolerant for your landscape, enabling you to conserve water.

The class limit is 50 people.

Donations will be accepted to support continuing education opportunities in the Bell County area.

The Texas AgriLife Extension Office, BCMGA Learning Center is located at 1605 N. Main Street in Belton.
