Operation Stand Down Central Texas will be hosting their 8th annual Spring Stand Down and Homeless Community Triage for all homeless on Saturday, March 9, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Killeen Civic and Conference Center located at 3601 S. W.S. Young Drive in Killeen.
The event will provide all the homeless with a hot meal, haircut, medical screenings, new clothing and shoes, along with various other resources.
The event is being sponsored by the City of Copperas Cove, Bell County, the City of Killeen, and the Central Texas Homeless Coalition.
