One Thousand Books Before Kindergarten Program

Gracyn Bowles recently completed the “One Thousand Books Before Kindergarten Program” at the Gatesville Public Library on August 18^th - just before starting school at Jonesboro ISD. She is pictured with her prize, “An Elephant and Piggy Collection” written by her favorite author, Mo Willems, and a limited-edition “Stuffed Piggy” to be her reading companion. When not reading she likes to swim, do gymnastics, and play with her dog, Shiner. Gracyn is the 5-year-old daughter of Dr. Joseph Dylan Bowles and Jesse Bowles.
