The annual business meeting of the Murphree Cemetery Association in Evant has been scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, at the First National Bank Civic Room in Evant.
The agenda will include a financial report, the election of one officer and one director, and a report on the maintenance of the cemetery.
The attendance of all interested parties is encouraged and appreciated.
Those who are unable to attend, but need to make their annual maintenance payment, may send a check, made out to Murphree Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 144, Evant, TX 76525. The maintenance fee is $10 per grave and, purchased but unoccupied, grave site.
