Mission Gatesville provides donation list for brown bags

Mission Gatesville has provided a list of items needed to fill brown bags for the community. Mission Gatesville has experienced an increase in the need for brown bags over the past few weeks, from passing out 15 bags a week to now over 40 brown bags a week.

The list includes:

-          Vienna Sausage

-          Tuna packets

-          Ravioli cans

-          Canned corn or green beans

-          Small single served cereal boxes

-          Mac and Cheese boxes

-          One pound of rice packages

-          Peanut Butter jars

-          Peanut Butter crackers

-          Snack sized chips

-          Orange fruit cups

-          Pop-Tarts, the generic brand is accepted

-          Single oatmeal packs

-          Squeezable Apple Sauce

-          H-E-B brand bear cookie packs

-          Ramen Noodles, not the cups

-          Cereal or granola snack bars

-          Chewable fruit snacks

-          Capri-Sun cases

-          Water bottles

Mission Gatesville needs 200 per item each month to stuff the brown bags.
