The Gatesville Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 22. The meeting will be from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Gatesville Elementary School library.
Through all the various fundraisers, the Elementary PTO can support Gatesville Elementary School by hosting at least one appreciation event each month. It will be different each month, such as coffee, energy drinks, or a full meal.
The Elementary PTO supports the attendance committee by donating money to attendance award winners, as well as providing funds for the students for things such as balls to play with during recess.
