Fundraiser to benefit 4-year-old Kelsey Killen

Neighbors Supporting Neighbors, hosted by Bare Bones BBQ, will hold a special fundraising event on Sunday, July 10, to benefit 4-year-old Kelsey Killen.

Killen was born prematurely, has Down Syndrome and Cystic Fibrosis Metabolic Syndrome. She is non-verbal and tries to explore any chance she can get.

The fundraising benefit will assist the Killen family with training Kelsey’s service dog, Nova. The dog will be trained at Alpha Leader K-9 in Temple.

The fundraiser will include an auction and live music beginning at 1 p.m. There will be a recommended donation of $20 for those attending.
