Mound residents attend annual Shivaree
Little Miss McCall Rae Carothers, age 16 months, was in the Lil Miss Shivaree Pageant. She took 2nd runner-up and 1st in the People’s Choice Award. Her parents are Skyler and Meagan Carothers. Grandparents are BJ and Tracy Carothers, and great-grandparents are Bobby and Nelda Carothers. We are very proud of her.
