Coryell County native hailed for emergency response in South Korea

A Coryell County native was among several active-duty servicemembers serving in South Korea who swung into action when a tour bus overturned, in the Korean Demilitarized Zone in Paju, Republic of Korea.
Chief Master Sgt. Brandon Abbott, a 1999 graduate of Jonesboro High School, has served in the United States Air Force for 20 years. His parents, Earl and Sharon Abbott reside in Turnersville.
