During the July 28 Coryell County Commissioners meeting, the court was approached by Marshall Brown and Cathy Taylor on behalf of the Alamo Letter Society to negotiate where the Travis Letter historical marker would be placed in Coryell County.
The Alamo Letter Society’s mission is to have this historical letter displayed in every county within the state.
