The city of Gatesville is planning a massive celebration for the country’s 250th birthday.
Weekend activities begin with a Military Appreciation Luncheon Saturday, July 4, at the Gatesville American Legion’s 214 Watts Lane location from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Also at the post, the public is invited to attend from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. where hotdogs and burgers will be provided.
