During the June 29 school board meeting, assistant principal for the elementary school, Jennifer Doss, was named the head principal, with Kristen Sullins set to the assistant principal position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Doss has worked in elementary education for 20 years, spending the first 10 in Copperas Cove teaching first and third grade before coming to Gatesville.
