A Coryell County grand jury indicted 32 individuals during the month of August 2026, for a total of 38 charges, per a report released by the Coryell County District Clerk’s office.

Porsche Randolph, 38 — Interference with child custody.
Jose Hernandez-Cervantes, 38 — Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Justin Greene, 44 — Attempted burglary of a habitation.
David Thornton Jr., 38 — Possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams.
Copperas Cove
Schenukia Walker, 34 — Attempted burglary of habitation; violation of bond/protective order two or more times within 12 months; injury to child/elderly/disabled with intentional bodily injury.
Sterling Lewis Sr., 63 — Tampering with a witness; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Diane Wade, 53 — Fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, fewer than five items.
Gracie Cantwell, 26 — Attempted burglary of a habitation.
Harrison Mobley, 29 — Possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than 1 gram.
Mandy Foreman, 46 — Driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.
Marcos Loera, 37 — Driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.
Diana Forbes, 47 — Fraudulent possession/use of credit or debit card, fewer than five.
Priscilla Mitchell, 27 — Assault of a peace officer/judge (2 counts).
Kevin Mack, 62 — Driving while intoxicated, third or more offense.
Emmanuel Lopez Ruiz, 42 (Killeen) — Theft of property, $2,500 or more but less than $30,000.
Kimberly Parsons (Austin), 55 — Possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, 1 gram or more but less than 4 grams
Melissa Votruba (Austin), 42 — Fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, fewer than five items
Kennedy Weber (McGregor), 41 — Theft of property less than $2,500, two or more previous convictions
Marissa Sanchez (Pasadena), 33 — Driving while intoxicated, third or more offense
Darius Cross (Temple), 22 — Evading arrest/detention with a vehicle
Kelley Cloughly, 53 — Possession of controlled substance, penalty group 1, less than 1 gram
Clifton McElwain, 45 — Stalking
Jesse Gruber, 32 — Sexual abuse of a child, continuous; victim under 14
Ashley Page, 34 — Abandoning/endangering a child, imminent danger, bodily injury (2 counts); driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age
Adariance Rahman, 22 — Injury to child/elderly/disabled with intentional serious bodily injury/mental; abandoning/endangering a child, imminent danger, bodily injury

Rashad Warren, 36 — Assault of a family/household member, previous conviction
