Truett and Jacklyn Pullen of Rockwall, Brooke Dixon of Liberty Hill and Allie McPherson were baptized Sunday morning Sept. 4, before the Sunday morning worship service at White Mound Baptist Church. There was a big celebration for the young ladies at the home of David and Pam Hopson. Brooke Dixon, Truett and Jacklyn Pullen are the grandchildren of Kenneth and Nancy Dixon. Allie McPherson is the granddaughter of David and Pam Hopson.

Maria Aggen, Carol Herriage, and Hal and Martha Hopson of Austin visited Saturday with the Hopson family at the home of Barbara Hopson.

Alan McCorkle of Buda and Brian McCorkle visited with their mother, Elizabeth McCorkle.

Kelsey Sage and Natalie Gonzalez hosted the inaugural Skeet Shoot and picnic at their home, the old J.T. Davidson rock house. Those attending were Cotton and Carolyn Davidson; Randy and Tracy Sage; Will, Jasmine and Patrice Davidson; Brenda Martin of Clearwater Beach, Florida; and Frank and Susie Hopson, John Paul, Christina, and Rebekah of Flower Mound for the weekend.

Christina, Rebekah, and John Stephens visited Sunday afternoon with Martha Lawhorn.

Carolyn and Emma Blakley went to Collinsville Saturday to the wedding of Allison and Dave Lewis.

Carolyn and Emma Blakley spent the day with Neil and Christy Helms in Red Oak and went shopping in Dallas and had lunch.

Ronny, Kay, Amanda, Cora, Caymbri Fisher, Debbie Piller, and Jennifer Miller traveled to Walnut Springs Thursday to watch Brodie play football. He scored three touchdowns and was successful on five of his six extra-point kicks.

Nathaniel and Natalie Eberlein of San Antonio, with their new puppy, spent the long weekend with Christopher and Jennifer Eberlein.

Barbara Hopson was honored on her 62nd birthday with a party given by her family and friends.
