Zeigler retires from Coryell Health Board

Mary Jane Zeigler is stepping down from her position on the Coryell Health Board of Directors after an impactful 11 years of service. In recognition of her dedication, Ronnie Sullins, President of the Coryell Health Board, expressed the board's deep appreciation, stating, “We have been grateful for her service, insight, and contributions throughout the years.”

Throughout her tenure, Zeigler's contributions extended far beyond her role as a board member. She was a tireless advocate for Coryell Health and its continued growth, offering invaluable time and insight not only to the board but also to the broader community, including the bank and Care Center. Her passionate support helped expand the health system’s services and uplifted the staff, earning her the role of a true cheerleader for Coryell Health.

Sullins took a moment to acknowledge Zeigler’s many talents and unwavering commitment, noting, “She is an advocate for all things right.” Coryell Health CEO David Byrom also expressed gratitude for her dedicated service, emphasizing her steadfast support through significant growth over the years.

Reflecting on her time with the organization, Zeigler shared, “It’s easy to be a cheerleader for Coryell Health. It’s a real treasure to be part of a community health facility with such a first-class staff, equipment, and facility. I’m proud of all that Coryell Health has accomplished and I’ll always hold it close to my heart.”

Her retirement marks the end of an era, but her legacy of advocacy, leadership, and community engagement will undoubtedly continue to inspire those who carry forward her work.
