Ropa Vie Ja (Old Clothes)

1 c. French onion soup
tortillas or rice
Med. onion, chopped
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Med. head of cabbage, chopped
Leftover meat (roast, steak, brisket)
Place all ingredients in skillet and steam until cabbage and onion are done. Serve with tortillas or rice. Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste.
