Gatesville Senior Center to host nutrition class Sept. 16

The Gatesville Senior Center has partnered with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office to host a class on Monday, Sept.16, to discuss healthy carbohydrates.

The class will begin at 10 a.m. and will feature a presentation to show how to incorporate carbohydrates into your diet.

The final session will be held on Oct. 21, beginning at 10 a.m.

All classes are free and open to the public.
