Gatesville Independent School District has announced that it will host a district-wide Veterans Day Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 11, to honor Veterans within the community.
There will be a free veteran’s day breakfast in the high school culinary classroom from 7 to 9 a.m. and all veterans are invited. Breakfast attendees may park in the high school’s front parking lot.
The ceremony will be from 10 to 11 a.m. and is open to the community. It will be held at McKamie Stadium, and Gatesville ISD encourages all veterans in attendance to sit on the field in the honorary seating section.
