Evant ISD to hold Grandparent's Day lunch with students Sept. 10

With Grandparent’s Day just around the corner, Evant Independent School District has decided to host a Grandparent’s Day lunch on Tuesday, Sept. 10 for its elementary students.

Evant ISD announced that they want the event to be special for their elementary kids, therefore sixth through 12th grade students will not be released from their classes during that time.

Lunch times will be prekindergarten and kindergarten at 10:45 a.m., first and second grade at 11:10 a.m., and third through fifth grade at 11:30 a.m. It will cost five dollars per adult and two dollars for children under four years of age.
