Easy Chicken Casserole

1 can white chicken or 2 cups cooked chicken breast
1 ctn. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers crushed (one roll)
Mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. In a medium-sized baking dish, spread some of the cracker crumbs on the bottom, and then spread the chicken over that. Then spread the sour cream mixture over the chicken. Cover with the remainder of the Ritz cracker crumbs. Place in a 350 oven and bake until it bubbles. Serves 4 to 6. You can add pimentos or onions if desired.
