Coryell Health welcomes Dr. Julie Gardner as a new member of the Board of Directors. As Extension Specialist III for Healthy Lifestyles with Texas 4-H Youth Development, Dr. Gardner has been instrumental in developing partnerships and programs related to healthy eating, physical activity, school-based interventions, and community-based participatory research. Her extensive experience promoting health and wellness among youth across Texas will be a tremendous asset to Coryell Health.
Board President Ronnie Sullins expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Dr. Gardner’s dedication to advancing community health through innovative programs makes her an exceptional addition to our board. Her leadership and expertise will undoubtedly bolster our mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to the residents of Coryell County and the surrounding communities we serve.”
Dr. Gardner’s appointment marks an exciting step forward for Coryell Health in its ongoing efforts to strengthen the health and well-being of the local community.
