Chicken Shoestring Potato Salad

2 c. diced chicken ½ c. mayonnaise with a little congealed broth
¼ T. prepared mustard 1 c. shredded carrots
1 c. diced celery 1 sm. can shoestring potatoes
½ c. toasted slivered almonds
1 T. grated onion
Mix all the above ingredients together except the carrots, almonds, and shoestring potatoes. Add the last three items and toss immediately before serving.
