4-H group visits residents at local nursing homes

Coryell County 4-H’s Plant Identification Team celebrated National 4-H Week by visiting local nursing homes Hillside Medical Lodge and RehabLiving at the Meadows, and by passing out flower arrangements.

The team cut Maximilian sunflowers, yellow Indian grass, big bluestem, and dotted gayfeather to assemble the bouquets.

The team does this annually to spread kindness throughout National 4-H Week.
