Jonesboro, Evant seasons end
Jonesboro’s season went downhill after its milestone thrilling double overtime win over Zephyr on November 2.
The last two weeks left the Eagles wondering what went wrong. First, they lost the outright District 15-1A title in a rare loss to rival Evant in the season fi nale.

It was a rare quick exit for Jonesboro, who has had tremendous success with two state final appearances in a row heading into this season.
