Hornets defeat Burnet, 54-51

Gatesville pulled off a 54-51 win over the Burnet Bulldogs Tuesday at Gatesville.

The Hornets (3-12) were led by Logan Edwards with 15 points.

Gatesville held a six-point lead late, but Burnet hit a 3-pointer to cut the margin.

The Hornets will wind up the non-district schedule with games against Robinson and Waco Live Oak.
