The 2022 varsity tennis team won the bi-district championship on Oct. 11, defeating Decatur in Cleburne by a score of 14-5.
The team advanced to the area championship game against Wichita Falls in Weatherford on Thursday, and coverage of that match will appear in the Oct. 19 edition of The Messenger.
