GHS teacher Jaime Villarrial, a veteran in the field after stints with McLennan County’s criminal justice department, heads up the Principles of Law, Public Safety, Corrections and Safety course on campus. He hopes to expand the GHS program to include law enforcement and a corrections course that would give students interested in this pathway to learn more about the inner workings of law enforcement, the legal system, corrections and probation/parole divisions.
