GISD: student grades, mental health adversely affected as pandemic continues
The Gatesville Independent School District recently released information concerning virtual and hybrid learning and grades.
GISD Superintendent Barrett Pollard provided the information during a pre-recorded video update.
“We’ve had a lot of students struggling at each campus,” Pollard said in the video update.
Failure rates have risen in the school year’s first nine weeks as COVID-related challenges continue to plague students and their families.
