The Gatesville High School varsity tennis team accumulated 12 pieces of hardware at the Bryan Rudder tournament on March 24.
The results: Girls singles - Callie Smith 1st, Kasey Fitzer consolation champ; girls doubles - Preslea Edmond and Olivia Walker 1st, London Kizer and Finn Rogers consolation champs; boys singles - Slone Early 2nd, Carlo Martinez consolation champ; boys doubles - Alex Scott and Ty Warren 3rd; mixed doubles - Kaitlyn Sanchez and Ben Mabry 1st. GHS served as hosts of the District 23-4A tournament Thursday and Friday. The top two finishers in each bracket advance to regional.
