The following is a breakdown of activity reported through dispatchers during the period of September 17 - 21.  While there were many calls to the dispatcher, this is a partial list of more significant activity. Persons are reminded that only emergency calls should be made to 9-1-1, while all other calls to the police department should be made to 865-2226 or to the Sheriff’s office at 865-7201.

12:32 p.m., an assault was reported in the 700 block of Sierra Vista.

5:11 p.m., a vehicle fire was reported in the 1500 block of W. Main Street.

5:50 p.m., harassment was reported in the 1600 block of W. Main Street.

 

September 18

9:24 a.m., a hit and run was reported in the 2800 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

9:27 a.m., an accident was reported in the 200 block of FM 215.

5:29 p.m., a theft was reported in the 2800 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

6:29 p.m., a threat was reported in the 200 block of S. 3rd Street.

7:40 p.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 1200 block of Golf Course Road.

9:56 p.m., harassment was reported in the 1700 block of Waco Street.

September 19

4:28 a.m., a noise disturbance was reported in the 100 block of FM 116.

5:14 a.m.,a disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Straws Mill Road.

7:33 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 9500 block of FM 929.

4:47 p.m., a disturbance was reported in the 100 block of CR 82.

5:11 p.m., criminal trespass was reported in the 3100 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

7:25 p.m., harassment was reported in the 1200 block of E. Main Street.

4:31 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of Veazey Drive.

8:41 a.m., an assault was reported in the 2100 block of Saunders Street.

10:30 a.m., an accident was reported in the 2800 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

11:22 a.m., harassment was reported in the 300 block of FM 107.

3:04 p.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 100 block of Valley Circle.

5:13 p.m., an accident was reported in the 2500 block of E. Main Street.

8:09 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 2700 block of Business Hwy. 36.

9:25 a.m., criminal trespass was reported in the 1300 block of St. Louis Street.

4:15 p.m., a theft was reported in the 200 block of N. 7th Street.

8:08 p.m., a disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Lark Street.

8:19 a.m., a theft was reported in the 100 block of Mulberry Avenue.

9:30 a.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 100 block of Tom Sawyer.

12:35 p.m., an assault was reported in the 700 block of Sierra Vista.

6:19 p.m., a neighbor dispute was reported in the 1000 block of FM 932.

8:32 p.m., a burglary of a habitation was reported in the 10000 block of N. Hwy. 36.

6:35 p.m., a livestock complaint was reported on CR 303.

7:36 p.m., a neighbor dispute was reported in the 100 block of Julia.

1:56 p.m., burglary of a habitation was reported in the 3900 block of E. FM 217.

5:12 p.m., identity theft was reported in the 800 block of Rustling Avenue.

8:15 p.m., an abandoned vehicle was reported on S. Hwy. 36 and Smith Creek.

9:32 p.m., a livestock complaint was reported on CR 102 and CR 101.

September 21

6:00 a.m., a stranded motorist was reported on S. Hwy. 36.

8:16 a.m., an animal complaint was reported in the 200 block of Coleton Drive.

9:17 a.m., a livestock complaint was reported in the 11000 S. Hwy. 36.

11:45 a.m., a reckless driver was reported in the 2900 block of S. Hwy. 36.

2:26 p.m., a hit and run was reported in the Westbound land of Hwy. 190 and Hwy. 9.

4:10 p.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 2900 block of Mimosa.
