The following is a breakdown of activity reported through dispatchers during the period of September 25 – 28.  While there were many calls to the dispatcher, this is a partial list of more significant activity. Persons are reminded that only emergency calls should be made to 9-1-1, while all other calls to the police department should be made to 865-2226 or to the Sheriff’s office at 865-7201.

12:29 p.m., a burglary was reported in the 2200 block of E. Main Street.

1:40 p.m., criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of State School Road.

6:48 p.m., a brush/grass fire was reported in the 1500 block of CR 249.

9:03 p.m., an armed suspect was reported in the 1300 block of Westview Drive.

11:25 p.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 6000 block of State Hwy. 36.

September 26

4:29 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of Old Pidcoke Road.

9:07 a.m., a theft was reported in the 3400 block of E. Main Street.

12:23 p.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 200 block of Meadowview Lane.

3:35 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on CR 342.

4:38 p.m., a utility pole was reported down in the 100 block of McKelvain.

11:28 p.m., an armed suspect was reported in the 2400 block of E. Main Street.

September 27

9:52 a.m., criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of N. 16th Street.

10:14 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 2100 block of Waco Street.

10:59 a.m., a missing person was reported in the 500 block of S. 5th Street.

3:01 p.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 100 block of Trails Private Drive.

5:48 p.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 2800 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

8:43 p.m., criminal trespass was reported in the 1400 block of W. Main Street.

1:35 p.m., a theft was reported in the 1600 block of W. Main Street.

2:11 p.m., a disturbance was reported in the 2400 block of Business Hwy. 36.

3:03 p.m., a theft was reported in the 3900 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

5:42 p.m., a hit and run was reported in the 2900 block of S. State Hwy. 36.

8:31 p.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of N. 16th Street.

9:45 p.m., a prowler was reported in the 4200 block of CR 107.

1:19 p.m., animal neglect was reported on Airport Road.

7:46 p.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported on Coryell City Road.

7:55 p.m., a stranded motorist was reported on E. Hwy. 84 at FM 1996.

9:54 p.m., suspicious persons were reported on Hwy. 36 and W. Range Road.

11:25 p.m., a welfare concern was reported on S. Hwy. 36 and FM 1829.

4:34 a.m., suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of FM 107.

8:03 a.m., a livestock complaint was reported on FM 183 at CR 152.

9:53 a.m., an escaped prisoner was reported at Seaton Cemetery near Leon Junction.

11:33 a.m., a domestic disturbance was reported in the 4700 block of Slater Road.

3:32 p.m., criminal trespass was reported in the 300 block of FM 107.

7:16 p.m., animal cruelty was reported in the 100 block of CR 102.

10:45 a.m., criminal trespass was reported in the 800 block of CR 102.

11:50 a.m., the burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 100 block of Knowles Road.

3:40 p.m., shots being fired was reported in the 1400 block of Old Osage Road.

5:18 p.m., a welfare concern was reported in the 100 block of CR 268.

7:33 p.m., an animal complaint was reported in the 1500 block of Old Osage Road.

11:08 p.m., a major accident was reported in the 11000 block of S. Hwy. 36.

September 28

2:00 a.m., suspicious persons were reported in the 100 block of E. Walker Avenue.

5:48 a.m., a reckless driver was reported on FM 116 at Cowhouse Creek.

7:30 a.m., a livestock complaint was reported on Chicktown Road.

2:07 p.m., an animal complaint was reported in the 100 block of Black Bear Lane.

3:00 p.m., missing livestock was reported in the 1200 block of Duncan Road.

6:14 p.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of CR 133.
