Dem. props listed on ballot
Texas voters will weigh several propositions on their party’s ballot during the March 3 Primary election.
Propositions on the Primary ballot are not policy referendum, but rather an opinion poll of voters in their respective registered political parties. These propositions are asking the constituents’ opinions on the proposition and are not considered votes to make a law.
During this upcoming Primary election, Democratic voters will weigh 11 propositions. Voters will only weigh the Propositions put forth by their political party.
Propositions are published in English as they will appear on the ballot, although the actual ballots will carry the verbiage of each proposition in English and in Spanish.
