#4 GHS Renovation

Renovations on Gatesville High School continued throughout 2020 at a slightly faster pace than anticipated as construction was allowed to proceed while students and staff were out of school last academic year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the Nov. 16 board meeting, an update from GISD Superintendent Dr. Barrett Pollard reported that the renovation project continues to make great progress and is on track to be completed by the end of this coming summer.

The school office was relocated earlier in the year and portables that were moved in have been used for relocated classrooms to allow for construction inside the main building.
