Sites in Coryell County named to National Register of Historic Places

The Coryell County Historical Commission recently received four plaques for sites in Coryell County that have been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The sites include the 1904 Leon River Bridge, the Coryell County Courthouse, Mother Neff State Park, and the Ogletree Gap Stagecoach Stop in Copperas Cove.

The plaques will be attached to the existing historical markers at dedication services which will be held later.
