Water Interruption Notice

We would like to inform you that on Monday, December 18, 2023, the City of Gatesville will be conducting essential repairs on the Booster Pump Station #5 elevated water tower, situated along SH 84 near the National Guard Armory. These repairs necessitate the complete draining of the elevated water tank. Consequently, residents and businesses located in the eastern part of the city, specifically those residing east of North Lovers Lane to Veterans Memorial Loop and north along State HWY 36 up to FM 929, will experience a temporary interruption in their water supply for most of the day until the repairs are successfully completed.
Please be prepared for a reduction in water pressure, with the decrease commencing at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning.
Once the repairs have been finalized, the city will issue a notice instructing residents and businesses to boil their water before consumption.
