Try this tasty Texas favorite tonight

KING RANCH CASSEROLE

4 chicken breasts, diced and cooked

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 can of chicken broth

2 c. grated cheddar cheese

1 doz. Corn tortillas, chopped fine

1 onion, chopped fine

1 can of Rotel tomatoes, diced

In a baking dish, place one layer of chicken, half of the sauce (combine the last four ingredients for the sauce), half of the tortillas, half of the onion and half of the cheese. Repeat for the second layer with cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8. Serve with Spanish rice and beans.
