Local high school students volunteer at Care Center

Since the holidays are upon us, the Gatesville Care Center has been gearing up for its annual toy drive as well as getting food donations sorted to serve families within the community for Christmas.

Students from Gatesville High School, including athletes and the National Honor Society, visited the Care Center this past week to aid in combing through the donations such as marking items with the correct labeling, placing the donations in designated areas, as well as sorting through food, clothing, toys, movies, and books.

The Care Center is located at 105 N. 7^th St. in Gatesville.
