Late trey spells doom for G’ville girls, 37-34

.A three-pointer with fi ve seconds to play spelled defeat for the Gatesville Hornets Tuesday night in China Spring. With the game knotted at 34-all, the Lady Cougars held the ball for the last shot. That shot was taken from above the key and swished the net to give the hosts a 37-34 District 17-4A victory.
